Description of services

The website aws-afrique.com describes the activities of AWS Africa, which acts as the group’s operational arm in sub-Saharan Africa. Its services are divided into four areas:

Field operations & synergies:

supporting companies in implementing their strategy in Africa, managing local operations and synergies between the group’s subsidiaries.

Salary Portage (EOR):

AWS Africa offers an Employer of Record (EOR) solution that allows foreign companies to test African markets without creating a local legal structure. This solution minimizes risks and takes care of social and tax compliance (employment contracts, payslips, CNPS/CNSS declarations).

Financial engineering:

AWS Africa acts as a trusted financial third party to secure international trade transactions, facilitate access to financial instruments (documentary credits, bank guarantees, SBLCs) and negotiate the best terms with banking institutions.

Business network & vetting:

AWS Africa manages a network of certified business introducers and conducts rigorous vetting of partners to eliminate reputational, financial, and compliance risks. Intermediaries are accredited after verification of their identity, integrity, and ethics, ensuring full compliance with international anti-corruption regulations.
The site also offers a Careers section where you can submit a CV and cover letter via an online form. These documents are used for the pre-selection and recruitment of talent internally or through the umbrella company solution.
