Tripartite Contract

Signing of a contract between the client company, the provider, and AWS Africa (acting as Trusted Third Party and fiduciary manager of the funds).

Predefined Rates

The commission rate is contractually defined in advance and its calculation is automated based on the objectives achieved (revenue generated).

Tripartite Contract

The funds are transferred to AWS, which validates the payment conditions (contract signed, delivery made, customer payment received) before proceeding with a traceable bank transfer to the provider.
